Job Description
- Handle all aspects of project management (PMs, Engineers, and Preconstruction teams)
- Meeting with clients during multiple phases of the project - proposals, kick off, updates, closing, and new business opportunities
- Traveling to job sites periodically to check in on status (local to Missouri and Illinois)
- Reviewing proposals, schematics, and other project documents to assess potential setbacks or risks to the projects
- Client relations will be an important part of this role
- Analyze current internal processes to see if there are more efficient routes of scheduling, budgeting, or workforce distributing
- Utilize project management and estimating software to review updates and changes
- Assisting in hiring processes

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 15 years of experience with a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience on projects $15M+
- 5+ years of experience in an operational leadership position
- Current position is a director role or similar
- Experience working on education, commercial, health care, and retail projects
- Capable of multitasking & wearing multiple hats
- Travel as needed to job sites
