The Corporate Development Analyst will work directly with senior management to support a wide range of critical corporate priorities.
- The Analyst will report directly to the CEO, with dotted line reporting to the regional Presidents.
- The position will help lead and manage strategic projects, such as implementing companywide KPIs, metric tracking, and recruiting processes.
- The Company is a frequent acquirer of companies, therefore, another key responsibility will be acquisitions due diligence, financing, and execution.
- This position will also be responsible for compiling board presentations and will interface directly with the board of directors.

- Financial reporting and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be a highly motivated, intelligent, solution-oriented, creative, and accomplished self-starter
- Must demonstrate strong quantitative and soft skills
- Must also possess a strong knowledge of business strategy and finance
- Prior experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is preferred
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university
- Must also be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
