HR Internship Job Description :
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Participate in onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Help manage HR documentation and employee records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Assist with HR projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support decision-making.
Requirements
- 3.5 GPA
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for learning and a genuine interest in HR practices.
