What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Strategically lead the Compliance & Ethics Department addressing allegations of misconduct
  • Manage compliance & ethics communications, awareness, education, and training
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain the Compliance training program and manage conflicts of interest
  • Develop and deliver updates for compliance committees, senior management, and the Board

What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of compliance experience with progressive responsibility
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial / leadership experience
  • Functional expertise in leading a regulated compliance program
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Relevant graduate degree (e.g., Juris Doctor or master’s degree in a related field)
