This is a hybrid position. The incumbent will work from home 3 days per week, and work in our office, or at a client site, 2 days per week.

What You Will be Doing :

As a Senior Electrical Engineer / Designer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects.

Your duties will include, but may not be limited to :

  • Innovative and complex electrical system design
  • Meeting and consulting with clients
  • Providing guidance to design staff
  • Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders.

To Qualify for Application :

The successful Senior Electrical Engineer / Designer candidate should have :

  • BSEE
  • A Professional Engineering (PE) License
  • 10+ years' experience in MEP design / consulting
  • High-energy client services skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Complete understanding of building codes
  • Thorough design system knowledge

To Be Competitive for this Role :

Preferred qualifications include :

  • PMP Certification
  • LEED Accreditation
  • Experience with CAD and REVIT

Interface Benefits and Perks :

  • Highly competitive total compensation packages. The salary range for this position is $100k to $140k.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Interface pays 100% of employee dental and vision insurance premiums and 80% of medical premiums for employee and dependents.
