About the Position :
Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm with a large and established Chicago office, has an immediate need for an experienced real estate attorney to join its highly-regarded team as a Partner or Counsel.
This is a unique opportunity to support and develop a long-term relationship with one of the firm's highest-generating clients, a top 10 global investment management company, in a variety of markets throughout the country.

Responsibilities :
- Represent institutional investors in the acquisition, development, sale, financing, and leasing of real estate assets across major product classes
- Lead and manage transactions
Required Qualifications :
- 8 or more years of commercial real estate experience, including the representation of institutional real estate investors
- Experience with borrower-side real estate finance is a plus
- No portable business is required for this role
