Family Practice physician employment in Indiana :
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) to join an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana.
In this role, youll provide comprehensive primary care services, manage chronic conditions, and advocate for health and wellness in an employer-sponsored environment.
If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the ideal position for you!
Highlights :
- Manage only 10-17 patients per day
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- Predictable workweek with phone-only call
- Fewer administrative tasks
- $220,000 - $250,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
- 10% bonus based on outcomes
- Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health / dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement
Qualifications :
- BE / BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
- Procedure experience is a huge plus!
