gotham is looking for an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) to join our team. The AAE will be responsible for managing project statuses, timelines, and deadlines.
They will attend and participate in progress meetings and capture next steps.
With support from the Creative and Production teams, the AAE will assist with ensuring the project is within budget and on schedule.
They will work closely with the Finance Team to ensure estimates are revised and approved, and that jobs are final billed and closed.
The AAE will keep a complete history of each project, ensuring that all creative work and documents are properly organized.
The AAE will also be responsible for collecting competitive data, prioritizing tasks to meet scheduled deadlines and keeping the Account Team apprised of the status of work.
What we're looking for :
- 0-1 year of professional experience (including internships) in an advertising agency is preferred; account management background in digital and / or production is ideal
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive in nature
- Clear, crisp and concise communicator with strong interpersonal and verbal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments at once and work on projects with multiple contributors
- Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Culturally astute, with an innate interest and knowledge in the beauty and fashion categories

- The starting salary range is $40,000 to $60,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current / former employees in the subject position;
- the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees);
as well as the employee’s / applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
