We are looking for someone with specialized employment experience , particularly in litigating and advising on wage and hour issues (both federal and state) , medical leave and disability issues (federal and state), and discrimination and harassment issues.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in labor and employment
- Expertise in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, PWFA, NLRA
- Specialized knowledge of employment-related topics
- Ability to counsel on hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions
- Experience handling workers’ compensation and unemployment topics
- 1900 billable hours
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% health and dental coverage provided by the firm for both the employee and family
- 12% contribution towards 401(k), no employee contribution required
- $175k base salary plus quarterly bonuses
- Flexible hybrid work schedule after 60 days
