Assistant Controller ($150K / yr + 25% bonus +hybrid)
We'rein search of an Assistant Controller with a salary range of $150k plus a 25%bonus structure. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years ofexperience in the real estate or private equity industry, with a preference for7 years.
Management experience is required, and candidates with a real estatebackground or private equity experience will be prioritized.
Yardi experienceis considered a significant advantage. The Assistant Controller will play acrucial role in overseeing property and / or debt investment accounting staff,managing financial statements preparation, and ensuring compliance withinternal controls and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonalskills, along with the ability to manage variable workloads, are essential forsuccess in this role.
