JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are seeking an experienced professional for M&A Accounting Operations team to support our strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, and digital financial transformation.
As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial integration of acquired companies, managing revenue operations, and partnering across multiple finance, operations, and IT teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive Autodesk's revenue growth through strategic acquisitions and the integration of new products into the market.
- Drive the entirety of the M&A process from term sheet through to full financial and product integration.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring open and effective communication channels.
- Analyze and guide on the integration of financial processes, controls, and policies of acquired companies to align with Autodesk standards.
- Oversee financial analysis, the preparation of reports, and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and SOX.
- Manage a team responsible for the financial integration, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and the documentation of processes and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- 7+ years proven experience revenue managment with bachelor’s degree
- Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
- Demonstrable experience in managing financial operations and integrations post-acquisitions.
