SUMMARY
Performs warehousing activities for organization by performing the following duties personally and / or with co-workers.
KEY OBJECTIVES

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors by comparing actual count to packing slip.
- Post all incoming packing slip into the computer. Follow all company procedures for shortages or damaged parts.
- Process all incoming stock orders within 24 hours.
- Put away all incoming stock in the appropriate bin location as indicated in the computer. Ensure that all parts put into stock are properly labeled with a barcode bin label.
- Create bin locations in the computer for any new parts posted into stock
- Dispose of any packing material not needed after each shipment is checked in.
- Pull parts for all orders ensuring part number and quantity pulled match order demand. Initial all pick slips.
- Keep the parts warehouse clean and organized. Follow all corporate safety guidelines and policy.
- Process and maintain all returns by properly pulling all parts being returned from stock. Ensure that parts are in new re-saleable condition.
- Complete appropriate return paperwork including tracking number and freight cost.
- Must file freight claims for any shortages or damaged parts received within 24 hours of receipt.
- May be required to drive company vehicle in the event of parts pick-up or delivery needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. It is required that the individual is accurate with good time management and organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year minimum related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- If required to drive, for any reason, on behalf of the Company, must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the Company's insurance carrier.
OTHER KISLLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Must be trained and certified by the Company in using our Forklift equipment and must be certified within 90 days. Law required Forklift operators to be at least 18 years old.
LIFTING REQUIREMENTS
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
