Position Title : Sales Operations Specialist

Location : Onsite Hybrid

Job Summary : The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in providing comprehensive support to the Sales organization, both internally and externally.

This position is responsible for managing various aspects of sales operations, including lead generation, CRM management, proposal preparation, contract management, and coordination of sales-related events.

Additionally, the Sales Operations Coordinator collaborates closely with the Head of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer to drive continuous improvement and expansion initiatives while performing complex administrative functions and special projects as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Sales Lead Generation and Marketing :

  • Inbound & Outbound lead generation and qualification
  • Proactive sales and marketing campaigns including cold-calling and targeted email marketing
  • Social media outreach, promotions, targeted digital advertising
  • Sales collateral content creation and distribution
  • Trade show and industry event scheduling and coordination

Sales Process Management :

  • Oversee the preparation and coordination with multiple internal departments to complete requests for proposal (RFP) documents and presentations
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data consistency
  • Oversee and coordinate the contract edit process
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and interdepartmental correspondence
  • Oversee the CRM close-out process for opportunities for assigned teams
  • Effective communication with internal departments
  • Assists in preparing pricing documentation and proposals for customers
  • Influence sales strategy and help develop and implement go-to-market plans
  • Support creation and maintenance of opportunity pipeline / sales funnel
  • Conduct and maintain lead conversion database
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to execute strategic projects related to sales operations

Required Education, Skills, and Experience :

  • Four-year undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
