Our technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial irrigation systems, with a focus on providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities Include : -Inspect and prepare equipment for daily use-Safely operate company vehicles to reach various job sites-Analyze soil and vegetation to determine optimal irrigation strategies-Install and program irrigation systems, including pumps and timers-Perform testing, adjustments, and comprehensive troubleshooting of systems-Conduct routine maintenance and replace malfunctioning components-Complete service reports and maintain accurate records-Provide respectful and professional service at customers' homesQualifications : -Licenses : Valid Irrigation License, Irrigation Technician License, and / or Backflow License are highly preferred but not required to start;

training can be provided to earn licenses-Experience : Previous experience in irrigation installation / maintenance is preferred but not required.

Relevant experience in similar trades such as construction, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler fitting, landscaping, or in-ground pool work is also valued-Skills : Familiarity with plumbing and the ability to use various tools and equipment-Driving Record : Clean driving record and valid driver's license-Background Check : Must be able to pass a background check-Physical Ability : Must be physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather, lifting 50+ lbs, digging, and standing for extended periods-Soft Skills : Strong communication, customer service focus, and a willingness to learn-Knowledge : Familiarity with local soil types, vegetation, and climate factors is a plus-Attitude : Team player with a desire to grow and develop in a niche tradeWhy Work with Us : -Legacy and Stability : We have deep roots in the San Antonio area, backed by 45 years of trusted service and strong employee loyalty.
