Role Overview : We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.
This role involves working within a school environment, delivering essential occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' functional abilities and needs within the school environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and functional skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
