This job is responsible for providing moderately complex research, reporting, and analytical support for the delivery of end-to-end support for Global Markets sales, trading, and underwriting business for securities, foreign exchange, fixed income, exchange traded derivatives, and over-the-counter derivatives across multiple Lines of Business.

Key responsibilities include carrying out duties under general supervision and assisting teammates while following established procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintains accuracy of client portfolio using internal and external comparison tools
  • Performs research and conducts moderately complex analyses using established techniques, including transactions that require special handling and exception handling
  • Explores methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client experience
  • Partners with colleagues on the trade and sales support teams, as well as external agents
  • Creates reports and liaises with internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with regulatory reporting
  • Escalates potential risks and exposures to manager in a timely manner
  • Assists with ad-hoc projects, new processes, or initiatives requiring coordination among subject matter experts representing multiple product areas or functions

Key Responsibilities :

Key point of contact for Global Clients for Allocation / Confirmation related queries within BofA across product, market, entity, trade status.

Candidate must be on hand to offer premium Client service and deal with all Client queries and manage the relationships between our Clients and internal BofA departments.

Up to date market knowledge on key initiatives and developments within the clearing and settlement space are essential. Directly interacting with Clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact for clients on all operational issues and will act as Client advocate within BofA to ensure all clients’ needs are met.

Required Skills : (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis on establishing and maintaining quality control procedures, and effectively liaising with external and internal parties, clients, and colleagues.
  • Global Markets Experience
  • Ability to multi-task and operate under high-pressure situations.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
  • Interpersonal skills must be very strong and team player.
  • Must have a keen ability to efficiently manage time and priorities.
  • Must be able to bring proactive and innovative business processing solutions to completion within deadlines and with minimal risk to the organization
