Responsibilities :
Closing shifts typically vary anywhere from 3PM start times to midnight end time based on location.
Responsibilities for Closing Crew Members vary across different areas within the restaurant and may include but are not limited to the following :
- Ensuring the store and equipment are cleaned and ready to be shut down for the night
- Stock and replenish dry goods from that day’s usage to make sure the next day is ready
- Welcome customers with a smile and ensure they have a positive experience
- Prepare and package food and drink products accurately and efficiently
- Keep work area consistently clean, sanitary, and stocked throughout shift
- Familiarize yourself with the menu; including items, specials, pricing, etc. to be able to assist customers during their experience
- Demonstrate an understanding of all operational procedures related to the role
- Always maintain companywide health and safety standards in work areas
- Complete all assigned work and additional duties
Requirements :
- Must be able to work closing shifts with reliable transportation and be punctual
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Interact in a positive and professional manner while working with customers and coworkers
- Willingness to learn various areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Physical Requirements may include bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, push / pull up to 50 lbs frequently, as well as prolonged periods of walking and standing as well.
