THE JOB :
As a Bus Person, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service.
By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE : $17.14
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards
Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Six months prior experience as bus person or food runner
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Takes pride in their work
Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
Describes themselves as detail-oriented
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
Can handle multiple tasks at one time
