Description
PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Staff Development, Employee Health RN facilitates and oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident / staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening.
DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY :
Reports to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
- Current Massachusetts Nursing License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
EXPERIENCE
- One year of management experience required
