Electrical Mechanical Assembly Manufacturing Production Supervisor on 1st shift

  • Three or more years of electrical assembly experience, three or more years of mechanical assembly experience and five or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience are all required
  • Pay can be up to $75,000 for the ideal candidate
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

  • Overseeing, leading, motivating and correcting production employees
  • Being responsible for the shipping schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time
  • Allocating production resources
  • Removing obstacles preventing the timely completion of production jobs
  • Participating in improving production and quality while minimizing cost
  • Ensuring the shopfloor is safe and orderly

The background of the successful candidate will include the following :

  • Five or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience
  • Three or more years of electrical assembly experience
  • Three or more years of mechanical assembly experience
  • One or more years of shipping schedule responsibility
  • A take charge personality
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
