We are seeking individuals to generate new business production through the sale of Commercial Property & Casualty. If you have an innate drive to win, can manage multiple tasks, desire a profession where your accomplishments can offer unlimited income potential, then you may be a fit for our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Develop and execute sales strategy.
- Generates and pursues new client opportunities.
- Presents Brown & Brown services at prospect meetings.
- Retains clients by maintaining relationships.
- Works with Account Managers on renewals and escalated client issues.
- Sales Ability - ability to generate prospects and set appointments for new client opportunities.
- Self-motivated independent and possess a high energy level.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- Four Year College Degree pertinent to Insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty License strongly recommended or willing to obtain.
- Customer Service - responds promptly to client needs.
- Team Player - able to effectively work in a team environment.
- Computer Skills - use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Travel required to prospect meetings and industry events.

- Competitive pay based on years of experience. $55-100K. The pay range provided is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and / or budget for the role.
