COLLISION GENERAL MANAGER

Our Client is seeking anexperienced and motivated Collision Manager to lead their collisionrepair shop. The Collision Manager will oversee all aspects of thecollision repair process from estimating to final delivery ensuringthat repairs are completed to the highest standards of qualitysafety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate musthave strong leadership skills be able to work collaboratively withother departments and have a deep understanding of collision repairprocesses and procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Manageand coordinate the workflow of the collision repair shop ensuringrepairs are completed to the highest standards of quality safetyand customer satisfaction
• Overseethe estimating process ensuring accurate and timely estimates areprovided to customers and insurancecompanies
• Work collaboratively withother departments to ensure the timely and efficient completion ofrepairs
• Manage and train a team oftechnicians ensuring they are skilled and knowledgeable in theirwork
• Monitor and manage keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement andimplement changes as needed
• Ensurecompliance with all safety and environmentalregulations
• Develop and maintainrelationships with customers and insurance companies ensuring ahigh level of customersatisfaction
• Manage and maintain allequipment and tools in the collision repairshop
• Manage the budget for thecollision repair shop including expenses and revenuegeneration

Requirements

Qualifications :

• High schooldiploma or equivalent ispreferred
• Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in collision repair with at least 2 years in amanagement role
• Indepth knowledge ofcollision repair processes and procedures including estimatingrepair techniques and customerservice
• Strong leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to motivate and manage ateam
• Proficient in the use ofcomputerized estimating and managementsystems
• Valid driverslicense

Certifications :

• ASE(National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence)certification in Collision Repair Management is aplus
• ICAR (InterIndustry Conferenceon Auto Collision Repair) certification in Collision RepairManagement is aplus
