Position is fully on site, at Columbia Center in Gresham, OR
3 MUST HAVE skills or experience required are 1. Some knowledge of Banking and how transactions are balanced. 2.Detail Oriented 3.
Ability to learn new processes quickly.
3 NICE TO HAVE skills (or experience) that are preferred, but not required are 1. IRA knowledge 2. Hogan system knowledge 3.
Branch or Bank Call Center experience.
Minimum education requirements related to this position are Some college or finance / banking courses completed.
Responsibilities :
Performs a variety of operational duties within an assigned area of Investment Operations. Researches and resolves operational and / or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review.
Interfaces with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers. Ensures the accuracy of account statements and information.
Verifies account entries, ensures totals balance and prepares correcting adjustments as needed. Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied.
Responds to telephone or written inquiries and performs research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers or internal employees.
