Position Description : What Youll Do :
tGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
tProvide personalized assistance and advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
tHandle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
tProactively engage with customers to promote products and achieve sales targets.
tKnowledgeably communicate information about current promotions, discounts, and product features.
tProcess transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
tMaintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
tAssist with restocking shelves, folding clothes, and arranging displays to showcase merchandise effectively.
tMonitor and report on inventory levels to support stock replenishment efforts.
tEducate customers on the features and benefits of various products.
tContinuously update knowledge of store policies, procedures, and promotions.
tWork collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
tCommunicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
What Youll Bring :
tPrevious retail experience preferred but not required.
tStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
tCustomer-focused with a positive attitude.
tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
tBasic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
tFlexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements :
tAbility to stand for extended periods.
tLift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
tBend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.
Available Shifts :
tMonday-Friday, and rotating weekends
tMorning, day, evening, and night shifts
$15.13 - $16.00 Hourly
