Data Architect, Senior Manager
Key Role :
Initiate Data Architecture (DA) activities, including extract-transform-load (ETL) processes and data warehouse solutions design, through business needs analysis and routine issue resolution.
Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems.
Work with a wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Be responsible for the supervision and development of first-level Supervisors and Managers.
Basic Qualifications :
12+ years of experience with managing the development of software systems in the IC, Federal Government, or commercial entities
12+ years of experience with technical solutioning of complex highly integrated systems
Experience with direct program support to the Defense and Intelligence sectors
Experience with managing projects using various SDLC models, CMMI, SAFe, Agile, cloud-enabled solutions, architecture development, and "A Service" offerings
Experience with managing contracts with multiple subcontractors
Experience with leading project teams of 20+ employees and acting as the client relationship manager
Knowledge of enterprise-wide systems, system-to-system integrations, and system development processes
TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications :
Experience in all phases of the proposal life cycle
Experience as a capture and proposal manager
Experience with cybersecurity for classified systems
Knowledge of the design, development, testing, implementation, and governance of software application programming interfaces (APIs) for geospatial-related systems
Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and senior government clients
Master’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Certified ICAgile Professional, AWS Associate, AWS Professional, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
