Newport Pacific Capital, a recognized leader in manufactured housing, RV resort, and apartment community management has an opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician at a manufactured housing community in Tucson, AZ.
Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of general maintenance tasks.
Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of :
- Building and facility maintenance.
- Plumbing and electrical systems.
- Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).
- Groundskeeping and landscape.
- Swimming pool maintenance.
- General carpentry.
Must be :
- Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
Experience :
1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)
Driver's license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance required.
COMPENSATION :
$16-$18 per hour DOE with a benefits package after successful completion of an introductory period.
