Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of vehicle alignment systems and procedures, along with a commitment to delivering high service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform wheel alignments accurately and efficiently using Hunter equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify alignment issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, wheel alignments, and brake pad replacements.
- Adjust suspension components and steering systems to ensure proper alignment and handling.
- Communicate effectively with the service writer and customers to explain alignment procedures, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Alignment Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in using alignment equipment and tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose alignment issues accurately.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- A completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
