Von & Bick Healthcare Associates is looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team.
The Director of Human Resources will oversee the HR department, ensuring the effective management of all HR functions and fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to manage HR operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for all employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
Design and implement performance management systems. Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain HR records and documentation using Generations software, Docusign, Adobe, and Microsoft 365. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Must have an experience in HR management Proficient in Generations software, Docusign, Adobe, and Microsoft 365. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
