Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Generation Marketing Manager at Sokolove Law in Chestnut Hill, MA. The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, optimizing conversion rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- This position is hybrid with two days required in the Chestnut Hill, MA office and flexibility to come into the office on other days as-needed but will primarily be remote 3 days and in-person 2 days.
- At least 4 years of experience in lead generation strategies, digital marketing, and campaign management
- At least 1 year of full-time employee management
- Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and optimize conversion rates
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Experience in the legal industry or with personal injury claims is a plus
- Have a sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Be detail-oriented, self-motivated with ability to see ahead, anticipate future needs and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree
