Dental Director
A company is looking for a Dental Director Utilization Management Appeals (Part Time 3 days a week) to provide leadership in care management and utilization review.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee clinical care quality for network and non-network providers and implement evidence-based practice guidelinesServe as dental advisor for all dental appeals and perform clinical case reviewsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with dental management and quality management programsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationDMD / DMS required and must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania;
additional state licensures may be requiredBoard-certified in dental specialty if applicable3+ years of experience in health care administration or management3 to 5 years of State Management Organization (SMO) experience preferred5 to 10 years of clinical practice experience
