ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Sr. Manager - Enterprise Health and Safety, you will set the strategic direction and vision for global Columbia Sportswear Company safety initiatives and partner with stakeholders to develop an enterprise health and safety strategy that aligns with business needs.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Develop and communicate a strategic enterprise health and safety strategy and vision aligning with business goals

Collaborate with business stakeholders to integrate safety into business operations

Lead enterprise-wide health and safety programs and initiatives

Lead an enterprise-wide health and safety team (direct and matrix reports)

Establish and deliver health and safety training strategy and plans to managers and employees

Oversee compliance with all applicable country, federal, state, county and local safety related regulations

YOU HAVE

Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety or a related field. Experience considered in lieu of degree

5-7 years of experience leading global health and safety programs

1-3 years of leadership experience

Experience utilizing enterprise thinking within global operations

Strong interpersonal skills

CSP Certification preferred

LI-DS1
