About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse - Intensive Care UnitJob Specialty : Burn Intensive Care Unit Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 36-hour rotating day / night, every other weekend, every other holiday Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 3 years required License : Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : Level 1 and travel experience Job Description : - Provide high-quality patient care in a specialized Burn ICU setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Adapt to rotating shifts, including day / night rotations, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
- Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues. - Utilize advanced nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
