Must have : 2+ years Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience
Advanced skills needed :
Procedures performed on unit : Must be
able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using
Servo U ventilator. Also, setup and
manage heliox therapy though invasive
and non-invasive measures. Familiar
with non-invasive ventilation including use of biPAP and CPAP. Neonatal
skills to include attending pre-term delivery, Bubble CPAP, and, use of
nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation.
