Childcare reimbursement
Opportunities for mentorship and networking within the hospital

HOW DO I QUALIFY?
Career Launch participants will possess traits that align with our three promises :
To treat every child as we would our own
To treat others as they would like to be treated
To turn no child away for any reason
We also require that candidates be determined to complete their education while meeting the expectations of the role they accept with the hospital.
Our participants are driven, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to succeed. Career Launch requires a high degree of professionalism, solid communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates must complete a successful intake and job shadow process to receive full program acceptance. Learn more about the enrollment process .
After graduation, we help employees transition into their selected field of study to complete a work commitment and put their skills to use.
Career Launch aims to remove barriers to education that prevent many from starting health care careers.
