What’s a typical day as a Payment Coordinator? You’ll be :
- Administering Company grant and supplier payments
- Maintaining a payment tracker log with daily status updates and actions taken
- Setting up supplier codes for Company payments
- Reviewing Non-Profit Organization (NPO) banking information and updating records as needed
- Completing charitable contributions screenings for the company charitable contributions
- Administering company Control Review Process for the philanthropic team
- Serving as a system administrator for grant making software tool
- Handling potential additional duties as required

- Possess basic business acumen and professionalism
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Are proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe
