Description

  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Assist in the management of construction schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Review and coordinate project plans, specifications, and submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and assist in problem-solving on the project site.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Participate in the procurement of materials and coordination of logistics.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in construction project engineering, with a preference for candidates with experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Warehouse, Office, Government, Residential, Multifamily, Sports, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Parking, Mission Critical, Retail, Municipal, Corrections, Education, or High-Rise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, methods, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
