Organizing With Jen in Murphy, TX is looking for assistant and lead organizers to join our 4 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Ideal Candidate - Very strong communication skills, good listener, and respectful - Quick learner and can easily handle delegated tasks - Understanding, honest, kind, and reliable - Has own reliable personal transportation - Owns a smartphone or tablet and is highly responsive - Basic or advanced computer knowledge - Neat, clean, professional appearance - Non-smoker / non vaper
Roles - Work under Organizing Lead to implement the vision for each client’s job scope - Work alongside other Organizing Assistants to complete delegated tasks
Responsibilities - Loading / unloading job supplies - Take out recycling, trash, and debris - Sort household items - Light cleaning - Occasionally deliver donations to specified nonprofit
Requirements - Be able to lift or shift furniture and boxes up to 40lbs - Walk, climb stairs, sit, stand, kneel or combination of those for up to 5hrs at a time - Be available as needed for 5-25hrs / wk, in chunks of 5hrs at a time, with a flexible schedule (most jobs occur from 9-2pm on weekdays) - Travel to multiple locations within the city and 30-mile radius - High-school diploma or equivalent education required
Pay - Contract work starting at $15 / hr for assistants $20 / hr for leads, 10% referral bonus up to $300 per client, mileage over 30 miles compensated
