Our Team
As a part of Investment Solutions, our team is responsible for the onboarding and management of traditional investments, including mutual funds (MFs), exchanged-traded funds (ETFs), and separately managed accounts (SMAs) to the .
Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and . Morgan Advisors investment platforms. We manage a diverse suite of over 5,000 investment products across these client channels in discretionary, advisory, full-service brokerage, and self-directed brokerage capacities.
Our team cultivates and manages relationships with an array of investment management firms, from boutique asset managers to some of the largest global investment managers, in order to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
We drive strategic initiatives to ensure our platforms and product suite are continually competitive, expanding in line with the firm’s investment views, and evolving with the industry and regulatory landscape.
Responsibilities
This Vice President will manage a team responsible for the onboarding and management of MFs, ETFs, and SMAs in the . Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and .
Morgan Advisors platforms.
- Delivering new investment products to these client channels
- Negotiating with investment managers to secure competitive commercial terms for new products
- Overseeing the negotiation and execution of legal agreements with investment managers
- Managing the suite of traditional investments already available in our . client channels to ensure we continually offer competitive terms and product access, evolve the availability of products based on due diligence views, and address potential conflicts of interest
- Providing subject matter expertise on traditional investment products (MFs, ETFs, and SMAs), our platform offering, and the evolving industry and regulatory landscape
- Leading initiatives related to the control framework for our product suite, which will involve driving resolution of issues that may arise and instituting platform / process enhancements in partnership with key stakeholders
- Fostering relationships with third party investment managers

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in wealth management product management / development
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated success managing teams
- Propensity to motivate business partners to build consensus, influence outcomes, and drive initiatives to completion
- Self-motivated and highly collaborative with a history of delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to assess risks and manage a strong control framework
- Knowledge of MFs, ETFs, and SMAs
- Experience working with legal agreements
- Series 7 and 63 licenses
This role will require a partial week in Jersey City.
