Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years Management Experience in service industry
- Strong database / analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and / or database software programs

About the Role
Development and execution of strategic marketing plans, brand management, special events, promotions, player’s club, advertising, customer relationship marketing, direct / on-line / email marketing, social media, digital marketing, and sponsorships.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement measurable marketing strategies that increase awareness of the brand
- Brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Responsible for marketing plans, guest incentives, and budgets
- Develop promotions and special events in alignment with company strategies
- Maintain allocation of the marketing budget and player reinvestment to ensure maximum return on investment
- Approve and evaluate comp policies, campaigns, programs, entertainment activities, and all other marketing expenditures to ensure program effectiveness and implement improvements based upon performance
- Serve as key property liaison actively engaged with all marketing-related activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing management experience preferred; preferably in the hospitality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Database / analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and / or database software programs
- Best practices in the areas of brand development, advertising, relationship marketing, and business analytics
- Must possess or eligible for a valid Nevada Gaming License
