Full-time & Part-time sandwich artist / cashier positions are now being filled at our Nature's Table Civic Plaza located in the Indianapolis International Airport.

Shifts available seven days a week 9 : 00am - 8 : 30pm (shifts vary).

CC Holdings is currently offering a SIGN ON BONUS through May 31, 2022 of $600 to full-time New Hires & $300 to part-time New Hires!!! Terms & conditions due apply.

Must have valid driver's license to receive a parking pass.

The sandwich artist is responsible for assembling sandwiches, wraps, salads and protein bowls while following recipes and adhering to NT standards.

Orders are prepared in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. The sandwich maker maintains and stocks their station and follows all food safety requirements.

As a cashier, you are responsible for processing cash, debit and credit card transactions on a point-of-sale system. Cashiers balance the cash drawer, make change and enter purchases.

Customer service skills are required. Starting rate $14.00 an hour and up! If you are looking for a fun, fast paced environment this is the opportunity for you!!

Requirements :

• Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to all grooming standards.
• Sets up station according to cafe guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows portion control and presentation specifications as set by the café.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
• Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping of the floors, cleaning of surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures.
• Work at efficient and consistent pace.
• Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Follows all cash handling procedures as outlined.
• Assists in financial accountability by correctly recording orders, receiving / giving change, and counting the drawer.
• Thanks the customers and invite them to return.
• Acts as a role model with customers and staff, and helps provide on-the-job training for new barista / cashier.
• Works with others in a team to support operations, standards and concept essence.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Has the ability to deal with changes.
• Willingness to assist in other tasks when asked.
• Suggestive sells and keeps customers informed and aware of products, promotions and other services.
• Prior sandwich artist, cashier and CSR experience preferred but not required
