We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will be primarily focused on financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.
Though the role will be contract for 3-6 months, it could go temp-to-hire for the right match. The client is also offering a chance to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities :
- Apply your knowledge of business systems and CRM to analyze financial data and draw accurate conclusions
- Use Crystal Reports and Data Mining Techniques to generate comprehensive reports that facilitate strategic decision-making
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial records are accurate and adhere to established standards
- Participate in budget processes to help plan for future financial needs and capital management
- Leverage your skills in accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Should possess comprehensive knowledge of business systems and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Experience in budgeting
- Must have strong skills in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
- Should have the ability to use financial software and databases effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Should have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
