Summary : Seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in medical device manufacturing, CNC machining processes, and metal finishing operations.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum of 3 years experience in medical device manufacturing
Experience with Change Control Validation in a regulated environment (medical device)
Experience with Data and statistical analysis
Preferred Skills :
Experience with CNC machining processes
Experience with metal finishing processes
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement processes to support the production of Orthopaedic implants
Provide technical expertise in CNC machining processes and metal finishing operations
CMM Programming, IQ / OQ / PQ, review CMM capabilities, inspection of CNC and CMM equipment, CMM improvements, and label grading
Pay Details : $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
