Job Duties
Support Project Managers and project teams by developing and promoting adherence to best practices for using Scrum agile project management methodology in the enterprise environment.
Guide the creation of artifacts (deliverables), testing processes, and the selection of tools that follow Scrum methodology.
Develop and present business cases and develop project plans, including identifying resource needs, defining teams, and procuring resources.
Develop sound, strategic implementation plan that meets budget and timing constraints.
Guide and collaborate with Project Managers and multi-functional teams to define, estimate, and document the scope of complex projects.
Prepare project reports, lead Scrum-related team meetings, and monitor team dynamics against Scrum methodology.
Serve as primary contact to senior department managers within a highly-matrixed environment to plan and execute critical changes.
Develop robust risk management plans and commissioning (performance testing) processes to ensure timely and seamless delivery of solutions.
Coordinate application release activities among project teams.
Analyze and assess present Scrum agile approaches in order to devise and introduce improvements.
Requirements
Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (any) or related.
1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Software Designer, Developer, Tester, Analyst, Manager, or related. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor's or equivalent in the above-stated fields plus 5 years of progressive experience in the above-stated occupations.

The position is based out of 422 County D Road East, St. Paul, MN 55117.
May require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
