Job Summary :

As the Project Manager at Mariani Landscape, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of landscape projects from start to finish.

Collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and construction crews, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.

Your expertise in project management and landscaping will be essential in transforming outdoor spaces and creating captivating landscapes.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage permit requirements for projects.
  • Conduct detailed scope reviews, evaluate subcontractor bids, and produce bid comparisons.
  • Develop and present project estimates to clients.
  • Create project schedules with input from the Construction Manager and Design Director.
  • Approve subcontractor agreements and Project Directory.
  • Ensure project installation meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Arrange timely project inspections and provide required notifications.
  • Maintain client relationships throughout the installation process.

Qualifications :

  • 4-5 years of professional experience, preferably in project management or landscape architecture.
  • Proficiency in landscape terminology, plant materials, construction materials, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to interpret landscape construction plans and specifications.
  • Experience managing high-profile projects and collaborating with clients.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Educational Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
