Although experience in retail automotive dealerships is an advantage, we are willing to train the right person.

The dealership is managed by a local dealer / partner who runs the day-to-day operations and is onsite daily.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
- Data entry for vehicle sales and purchases.
- Prepare checks for lien payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
- Costing and finalizing deals to post to accounting.
- Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts.
- Manage and apply for titles and registrations with the applicable state.
- Maintain reports and / or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
- Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask.
- Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.

- Good writing and communication skills
- Comfortable performing Data Entry and working in multiple software programs
- Well organized and capable of performing detailed follow up as necessary
