We are currently looking for a Quality Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team in Smyrna, TN and will be a full-time role.

A Day in the Life :

• Assist in the planning and execution of quality manufacturing engineering project(s). These projects are based on need by shop within the plant and change on a year-to-year basis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of solutions to optimize engineering manufacturing operations
• Conduct research and provide recommendations based on findings to support project goals
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate manufacturing project progress and results to stakeholders
• Support the team in daily quality engineering tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives

Who We’re Looking for :

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate / graduate degree in Engineering- mechanical, electrical, or chemical preferred
• Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and ability to multi-task with day-to-day priorities
• Great communication skills both written and oral
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Access, etc.
• Ability to perform work onsite at Smyrna, TN
