About The Position
A hospital system is seeking a Breast Surgeon for locum tenens coverage.
While in southern Alabama, visit the Uninhabited Island Kayaking Adventure, tour the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, or explore Gulf Coast Dolphin Cruise.
This full-time position may involve up to 2 providers, with hours Monday to Thursday (7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.) and Friday (7 : 30 a.
m. - 3 : 00 p.m.). A mid-level provider offers support. Candidates must be fellowship-trained, board-certified, and hold an unrestricted Alabama license (or be active IMLS candidates).
Responsibilities include patient calls (no ED call), some weekend coverage, and performing 20-25 procedures daily, including breast reconstruction / plastic surgery.
