Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following established policies and protocols.Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plansmunicate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Advocate for patients' rights and uphold ethical and legal standards of care.Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, offering emotional support and addressing concerns.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families.
Job Qualifications : Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Current South Carolina RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on specialty and employer preferences.
