Join our cohesive team in an ambulatory setting, providing value-based care to cancer patients. This role involves triage, outpatient management, chemotherapy education, bone marrow aspirations, infusion follow up appointments, and survivorship care.
Eligibility for licensure and certification in Connecticut required. Chemotherapy Biotherapy provider card is also necessary.
Prior oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred.
