We are seeking CPAs with Transaction Advisory (TAS) experience for fully remote consulting opportunities.

- Financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
- Quality of Earnings Preparation
- Post-merger integrations
- Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis
- M&A Taxes
Required experience :
Financial due diligence at the Manager level or above
TAS) Transaction Services, Buy-side or Sell-side
Your Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Previous Transaction Advisory experience at the Manager level
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in public accounting and / or at a consulting firm preferred
